This afternoon, we walked the loop trail and the walkway to the water’s edge.

Cape May Point State Park

Today, we continued our exploring by walking the duck pond and plover trails. We also walked the dead end trail to what we assumed was the property line (by the posted sign).

In the morning, we walked the corridor between the Higbee fields until it got too muddy. Then, we walked the connector from the meadows to the state park. We looped around the monarch trail before heading back for the evening.

Meadows

We walked around one of the best birding spots in Cape May this evening! We took the east spur trail and crossed all of the dune crossings to see what was around.

We took in the dusk from this little park, enjoying the gulls lingering along the jetty after sunset.

Today we strolled the woodland marsh trail while enjoying our favorite local farm!

Higbee Fields

We spent most of our time in field 1 in the later hours of the morning, and moved onto field 2 by early afternoon.
